Preprinted Advertising reservations should be made no later than 7 days prior to publication and material should be received no later than 5 working days prior to publication. Preprinted sections should not exceed the Reporter-Telegram page dimensions: 11 ½ “ width by 21 ½ “ depth.

Standard size pages count as two magazine or tabloid size pages
Tabloid Preprint Size 11" width x 13" depth
Flexi Tabloid Preprint Size 6 ½" width x 11" depth
Preprints accepted for distribution on Sundays & Saturdays or weekdays. Publisher reserves the right for leeway dates.
Sections delivered prepaid to the Midland Reporter-Telegram plant, 201 E. Illinois, Midland, Texas 79701, packaged or skids, five days prior to insertion.
Deliveries of preprinted material are received Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. at 201 E. Illinois, east side of building.

Preprint contract advertisers, the amount invested in preprints (insertion fee only) divided by the advertisers’ rate equals the space (column inches) credited towards retail contract fulfillment.
Available Full-Run, City Zone, Home Delivery or TMC. All tab and standard sizes larger than above schedule will be billed at an additional $1.00 CPM for each 4 page tab, 2 standard increments. An additional $1.00 CPM if flap or envelope is attached. An additional investment of 25% will be added to all rates on less than full circulation quantities.
All above rates per thousand other than open rates are available only after written contract has been signed for the amount of frequency to be completed within one calendar year.
A flat $300.00 extra insertion investment will be required for preprints not accepted by our automatic inserters.
