Bulk contract rates are based on "annual revenue" dollars spent by advertisers with the Midland Reporter-Telegram. Investing in a bulk contract will allow traditional non-contract advertisers to apply the lower bulk contract rate to ROP inserts, frequency inserts, as well as other, nontraditional advertising venues. Bulk contracts can be renegotiated for the lower contract rates anytime during the year.
